Meet the Mobile Assistance Center

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) Mobile Assistance Center (MAC) is a licensed team of Oklahomans who provide one-on-one assistance with health insurance education, questions and enrollment.

The MAC team can assist with:

  1. Individual marketplace plans
  2. Medicare plans
  3. Group plans
  4. Qualification for financial assistance
  5. Locate nearby doctors and hospitals
  6. Customer service assistance
  7. Health insurance education

Many Oklahomans qualify now through August 15 to enroll in a 2021 individual health care coverage plan through a Special Enrollment Period. Citizens of a federally recognized tribe can enroll any time, year-round.
