To obtain detailed benefit information, you can use Availity’s Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry. This free online tool can provide you with copayment, coinsurance, deductible, and other important information. Go to Availity  to register for this free, time-saving tool.

Electronic Health Records via Availity

Registered Availity  users can access the Availity Patient Care Summary tool.

Enhanced Claim Status Requests via Availity
